Current Winter Opening Hours are 11am to 4pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Please give us 24 hours from placing your order before you arrive to collect.
When you arrive just speak to any member of staff to receive your order.

After you have finished your selection click on CHECKOUT.
You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Any box marked with an asterisk is compulsory. Please make sure you fill these in. Just follow the on-screen instructions…and finally, click on the PLACE ORDER bar to finalise. Please note that at this stage your cost will be shown with VAT split out of the total.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
We only accept UK Registered cards on this website and you need to have a UK address to match in order to process your payment.

If you live outside the UK please e-mail us if you have an enquiry before placing your order to obtain the latest shipping costs.

Delivery
We will work as quickly as possible to dispatch your order…and expect that it will leave us within 3 days at the latest.
​
We make a standard charge of £6.50 per order to keep it simple. This price covers delivery to all of the UK (including Scottish Highlands & Islands) and Northern Ireland.
Delivery within the UK should take a further 3-5 working days however the exceptional
circumstances of 2020 may take a little longer.

Returns
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods for a full refund including the delivery charge if applicable.
​
Please contact us by e-mail quoting the order number within 14 days. Goods must then be returned within a further 14 days.
​
Your refund will be paid within 30 days once the goods are received and inspected.
​
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. We recommend getting a ‘Certificate of Posting’.
​
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault…for example if the goods are faulty.
​
Any unwanted goods should be in unused saleable condition including all original packaging, instructions and free gifts. We cannot accept unwanted goods that have been assembled or used.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our Terms and Conditions at any time, so please do not assume the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights, and these are not diminished in any way.
