Where we are

Luss is one of Scotland's most picturesque villages or a "Grade one Conservation Village", if you prefer the official title.
In short, the village is unique, with immaculate gardens, roses round the doors and a stunning view of both the loch and Ben Lomond. Needless to say this gave us quite a headache in creating a new building as we are right in the heart of the village.

Location Set of Scottish Television's High Road
Luss is actually the fictional 'Glendarroch' of Scottish Television's 'High Road' with filming in the village in both Spring and Autumn.

If you visit us be sure to keep your eyes open for Mrs Mac who is often seen at the Coach House in her ever changing hats with matching handbags.

How to Find Us

If you've just arrived in Scotland by plane you're in luck: it's only 35 minutes drive to a really good cup of coffee and one of our huge home baked scones!

Simply pick up a hire car (it's a long walk otherwise!) and head for the Erskine Bridge by travelling westwards along the M8 motorway following the signs for Greenock.
Once over the bridge follow the A82 to Crianlarich.
Do not turn off this road until you see the sign for Luss.
Park in the village car park and follow the crowds into the heart of this most picturesque village.
You should see our sign before you reach the pier showing you to turn right… but if in doubt look for the Church Spire as we are right beside the Church.

Travelling North from England follow signs for Glasgow and travel through the city on the M8 motorway until the Erskine Bridge. Then follow directions as above.

From Fortwilliam or Oban, Luss is approximately 10 minutes drive south of the A82/A83 junction at Tarbet.
